When a tenant wishes to apply for the property:
Arrange for credit checks and referencing of potential tenant
(Up to 3 references from employer, Landlord and character ref).
Draw up the Tenancy Agreement.
Arrange for signatures to be obtained from Landlord and Tenant.
Collect 1st month`s rent and deposit in advance.
Prepare statement of accounts.
Move in Tenant.
Transfer balance of monies to Landlord`s account
